I'm Chris Herndon, a North Carolina real estate broker since 2007, and the founder of Asheville Elevated Living. With nearly two decades of experience, I've had the privilege of guiding hundreds of buyers and sellers through successful real estate transactions throughout North Carolina.

My background also includes more than 15 years as a Broker-in-Charge, mentoring real estate professionals and overseeing thousands of transactions representing more than $1.3 billion in cumulative sales volume.

Asheville has been home to my family since 2013. My wife, Sandy, and I settled in the historic Kenilworth neighborhood, where we've raised our three sons and developed a deep appreciation for the communities, natural beauty, and lifestyle that make Western North Carolina so special.
